Professional Storage
and Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities :

• To manage the e-commerce and logistics operations, including but not limited to responding to customers promptly and professionally
• Maintain customer files and manage shipping documentation formalities
• Identify new incoming-Order, process it, and track the Order until its status is completed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, then follow up to ensure resolution
• Update logs related to the Orders, Customers, Vendors, etc
• Photo-take for every new product received & picture-edit of photos
• Ensure product images and product description copy is optimized to communicate all the necessary information to the customers
• Maintain data accuracy (e.g. Products list, Customers list, Stock list, etc)
• Receive incoming stocks from Vendor, input the data in the System, and record manually
• Help respond to vendors’ questions, give vendor information about services, procedures, etc
• Process the fulfilment (pick and pack the item(s)) of the confirm-payment-Order 
• Liaise with Courier for delivery the Order
• Arrange Courier for return-item(s) and receive the return-item(s)
• Liaise with internal departments and relevant authorities on customer service and operations
• Analyse and maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
• Ad-hoc content creation for social media channels

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least diploma qualification or equivalent
• At least Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field is required for this position
• Experience in social media, communications or marketing roles
• Prior experience in product photography
• Knowledge in Adobe Designed software (PSD, AI, Lightroom)
• Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office, PDF, Adobe Illustrator
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and clear focus on high quality
• Organized, with excellent attention-to-details, and discipline to adhere to routine

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a facility management including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements related with air-conditioning, temperature-control equipment, mechanical ventilation, fire safety, electrical, CCTV, building automation, lifts and escalators as well as building and structural maintenance, etc
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
• Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
• Co-ordinate intra-office moves
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
• Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
• Obtain quotations and tenders from vendors and suppliers
• Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost-saving
• Co-ordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships
• Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
• Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
• Check completed work by contractors and vendors
• Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
• Oversee environmental health and safety
• Assure security of the facility
• Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures
• Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
• Liaise with agencies and to be responsible in authority submissions, and obtaining necessary certificates

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management
• At least few years’ experience in related field is required for this position.
• Well-versed in working knowledge of principles and practices of project management, administration, electrical & mechanical systems, procurement & contracts, health, safety & environmental regulations, construction, maintenance & all facets of facility operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability

• Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers
• Maintain an active business prospect listing to approach and present to the Company, as well as to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum diploma or certificate in supply chain management / inventory management / logistics / warehouse management
• At least 3 years’ experience in related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in Licensed Warehouse environment & requirements
• Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office, WMS
• Possessing Customs permit declaration certificate and certified to operate MHE would be an advantage
